Lemon juice is loaded with natural hair bleaching properties. Using lemon juice to bleach hair is one of the safest, easiest and inexpensive methods to get desired result. All you need to do is to mix juice of two lemons in a cup of water. Now, apply it to your hair and sit in the sun to speed up the hair bleaching process. Continue this process on multiple days if you don't have much time the first sitting.

Bleach Hair with Lemon Juice and Chamomile Tea

Things you’ll need

1 cup of lemon juice
1 chamomile tea bag
2 teaspoons sea salt


  • Place the chamomile tea bag in a cup of boiled water.
  • Once cool, add lemon juice and sea salt in it.
  • Apply this mixture to your hair.
  • Sit in the sun for few minutes and let the sun light dry your hair completely.
  • Wash off with a mild shampoo.
  • Use a mild hair conditioner
